Day 4I was assigned to help out in the pantry today. So I was like the kopitiam aunty asking the ah gong and ah ma if they want their coffee to have sugar. Some of them got diabetes so they can't take stuff with sugar in it. Washing the dishes are alright and kind of slack as not all the elderly there are having breakfast at the centre.
On tuesday before we left, we were told to do the bookmarks for the centre so that they could sell them to poly students when christmas is near to raise some funds. So all of us were like factory workers making the bookmarks most of the time till we were damn shack and sick of it already. Maybe I can cope one back tommorrow to let you guys see. Tough job alright! Rosewana then showed us a CPR VCR. Kind of bored not because it's CPR but it's boring as I'd watch the VCR before. Fell asleep halfway lo! tskstk! Typical! =p
Tommorrow's the last day of the attachment. The days passed faster than I expected =) Would update more when I return...
Night training is alrugth today. HanJie, Rebecca, Xueling and Valmond came! Plus some 'bonuses' haha! Devica and Doreen joined us too! Cool! But i didn't play with them. Played with the judokas there. Still can't throw them over. Sucks. But at least I got

Still got to improve on 'letting go'. Erm... no doubt learning to 'let go' is hard. Must am trying...
I just can't stand playing with Joshua. Everytime I played with him sure got something happen to my head. Zzz. But today just heard a crack. It's much better than the last time. But I'm still super pissed with myself again. I realise it happens everytime I finish playing with Joshua and Aloysius. Cause I don't know what had I gone wrong and I don't know how can I improve. Of course I'm not happy to keep losing to them everytime. haix! Got to improve and train more and beat them someday! Hmph!
I'm so crossing my fingers right now! Oh man! Please not let that happen! I'm so excited about it actually everything seems to be in a mess. Hopefully it would turn out alright...
