"Hell Training" indeed. I got like super lots of bruises on my right leg right now and both my legs are super wobbly! Thanks to the 4 laps of so-called standing board jump. Not to include my body is aching too. *sob sob*
But...
No pain no gain! Press on people!

Anyway, Sul brought this BPS girl to training today for the Direct Admission Exercise thing. Hopefully he could pysco more of them here man! Like Hamster and Vanessa are good too! haha! Not to mention those guys from St Gabs and AES are fine too! haha! As long as they bring hope to the team is fine =)
