LOL xoxo Friday, August 25, 2006 see the letter 'E'? and 4 cubicals for you to do your business Had our dinner at VerandahTerrace that has this candlelit dinning setting and it's located beside the pool. They offer quite a variety of selection and they don't really cost a lot. Didn't eat much though cuase it's after gyming and I just don't have the appetite to consume solid food after that. Uncle then brought us to The Windsor. It's a pub actually. Pretty neat. Love the sofas there! hehe! It has this live band that's performing there too... Shared Apple Flumbe and Mango Flumbe with my aunts and counsins. Actually there's this 'live' preparation on the Flumbes before our eyes and it's really pretty interesting. Flumbe has fruit (depends on you choice) with honey and maple syrup plus wine in it. And it comes along with one scoop or vanilila ice-cream. yumyum! haha! Had this Majurei (sp) alcoholic drink. I simply love the warm feeling I get in my stomach after every mouth of it. hehe! But it's a little but salty. Corona Extra is the best! haha! It's acutally Mexican beer and it has this very cool and alcohol feeling. They actually engaged those people from School of Thought to come over to give us some styling and fashion tips! hehe! But I must say the tips are pretty useful and guess would come in handy in the future ;) And yes! I got my eyebrow trimmed during the seminar! haha! It's pretty neat as this Indian lady was using thread to trim you eyebrow! She's represented Singapore in various international championships before and had competed in the SEA Games before! Knew her last year when we went to Budo Academy for trainings =) ok, that's another place I miss too! haha! Their dojo rocks! And the little kids there too! haha! I somehow got a feeling she knows about it and thanks to the J1 for making some funny comments when she said they won't be coming for training today. Thank god Sul wasn't around or else I'm sure to get questioned by him either online or in person again. Blehx! But I miss Sul toO! hehe! He better don't see this or else he's skin is going to get super thick by the time he's back~ HmMm.. I'm sounding a bit emo in this entry man! Gosh. haha! Ok, back to training... I must say my left Ippon really suck! haha! But no one is exactly good at everything right? Just not very use to left Ippon but I guess the restriction got me work on it a little. hehe! But I miss doing my harai uchikomi cause Sul and Coach Tan always let me work on it. haha! Anyway, today training was actually conducted my Tony (Mel and Tony sort of take alternate trainings). I must say it's like super slack compared to Sul's! But I enjoyed the randori and groundwork =) I just love slamming people! haha! Talking about groundwork, the J1 ps-ed me! They're so gonna get it the next time I train with them! hahaha! They didn't come and spar with me! So in the end I'd to play with Tony. Totally gross! Eeee! Thank god he wore a tee inside his gi or else.. hahaha! I don't want to end up in Sul's state! haha! Managed to pinned him at first. Don't know if he let me do it or whatsoever but I guess my position kinda overshot and I got turned over about 20seconds later. Blehx! And I injured my thumb again in the midst of it. Shitty ass. I think I just have something against him. haha! Anyway, Mel was telling me that if I could come back more often to help them out it would be better and some other stuff. I somehow agree with her and can see that she really needs the help after talking to me about that issue before and after the training again. Mel is really nice and she just reminds me of Cheryl sometimes. I guess I would be needing training for the upcoming Pesta Sukan. Maybe I can plan my time and reshuffle my schedule..okok, the upcoming math test would be a gauge. If I think I can handle it then I'ld go for it... =) So I was taking my time happily in the toilet when Colleen started coming in and telling me he's here. haha! I thought it was just a scam. I don't know why I always feel this why when people tell him he's in ny. It's just unbelievable. haha! But I came out to take a look seeing Colleen's "I'm serious" look. tsktsk! I was completely stunned when he ran passed my cause I was standing at this blind spot. He was in his home clothes though. Hmmm... Headed to N&B for tau huay! Yumyum! Love the tau huay there but Geylang's the best! That's what I feel after the matches today. Seriously speaking, I wasn't really disappointed just that I'm pretty angry and pissed with myself cause I know that this isn't what I can do. Super duper off-form today. Blehx! But I can't expect much I guess. Afterall I haven't been actually training since 10th July. That's was when Sul's still in Singapore. Did went back to get my 'throwing vibes' back twice before the competition but it really wasn't sufficient and productive for me. I do enjoy Mel's training but it's hard to get myself to adapt to her style suddenly.
Pherhaps it's the mutual understanding between the coach and the student which obviously need some time to develop. haha! okok, I just need time to adapt.. but thinking about it again, Sul's gonna be back by the time my A's end! tsktsktsk! I'm so missing his 'hell trainings' and the ways and methods he always 'torture' us such as playing with 6 people (mixture of guys and girls) in a row non-stop?! But you'll always feel damn freaking good when you're able to survive through it and knowing that you can win your opponent at the end of the day =)
Alright, before I digress too much, back to the matches again...
I just think that overall the J2 judokas who played today were pretty off-form and were just below their usual standard. Nicola and Jiangyue were of one of the few. I guess everyone is like mugging their asses off for prelims and can't really bother to train. Saw nic mugging during when she's not playing lo! gosh...
Anyway, pesta wasn't as sut as what I thought it would be. Kinda disappointed with it. No wonder Gary didn't turn up. He didnt't come and play today! Super sianed man! Zzzz...
Hmmm.. think I know why but not very sure though. Shall ask him when I see him again...
Kind of happy and glad that finally everything is over. As in the competition and stuff. I can mug peacefully now! *woot* hehehe! And by the time I return, Sul's gonna be back too! Yippy!!! For the next 65 days, it's nothing but mug, sleep and eat. Ok, maybe some small treats in between. hehe!

Alright people, that's the venue and time for Pesta Sukan 2006 which in this coming Sunday. Saw the list of students who would be representing Sngapore Schools Sport Council on this upcoming c0mpetition. There's a total of 6 weight category namely: Extra-light, Half-light, Light, Half-middle, Middle and Heavy weight.

Can you believe it my mom, auntie and uncle actually went there to chill almost every Firday night? haha! The most ironic thing is my mom isn't one bit ang moh! She's one that you can laugh at her English pronounciation till you can go ga-ga type. hehe!
My uncle (a member of course) had invited us for this mini family gathering there tonight. This is my 2nd visit there actually. Went to the gym with korkor (my cousin) and mandy (his Fiancée). I must say I love the gym there cause there's mirror almost everywhere and it's super well-equipped! Plus there's no 'Q'; it's a private gym so you can basically use whatever machine you want freely. I can just stay there for hours if I can seriously. tsktsk!
And also, the Changing Room rocks! It's super spacious and super cosy
There's hair dryers around! And also weighing machine and iron actually.. haha!

I must really say though this is one of the rare chances that I'ld be able to participate in this invitational competition, it is one of the competition that I must say I didn't really train for. Though I did went to the gym a couple of times since 2 weeks ago but I can just sense that something is lacking...
Pherhaps there's no Sul's trainings to get me prepared. And of course not to mention he wouldn't be there to holler at me this time round. Whatever it is I'm jus gonna give my best shot =)
As for the venue for the competition, it's going to be held at Bedok Indoor Hall (as usual -_-") but time... sorry guys I still DON'T KNOW! Can you believe it? 3 more days till the competition and I don't have any clue what time is the freaking competition and what weight category I'm in! Sucks.

Anyway, I headed to Hougang Mall after gyming today and I can tell you that Cheng San Library sucks! Like totally yucky! I was planning to mug at the library a bit first before heading home but the place is pathetic. No tables for studying at all! So there are these tables meant for the Multimedia service. However the service was unfortunately down so I decided to use them since the seats are pretty empty. It took like an hour for the system to be back but the usage of the service was pretty low sso I satyed on.
So came this bloody ****** librarian to ask me to get lost as the tables are meant for the multimedia service. So I look around but nobody was like waiting or wanna use the computers! In fact there were some empty computers that nobody was using at all!
She just doesn't look like that sort of person. Gosh! Even meanie is calling her a 'slut'. haha! Kinda think of if, she ain't got any brain to post such stuff as the ENTIRE world can see it despite not updating it for almost a year. Imagine what if my fat jerk (that's what jeslin is calling him now -_-") sees it? I don't think any of her ex would be happy to see the stuff she had written. I seriously think that she's sending the wrong signals to them...

The sushi in the Cold Storage at Bugis really rocks! Cheap and superb! haha! I just can't have enough of them! Sushi's the best! yumyum! That's one temptation I find it hard to resist! haha! Shop around and I saw this Everlast white jacket with gold trimmings and stuff that's so so cool! Oh man! The cost is pretty steep but it's like better than the normal Adidas jacket that I wanted to invest! Plus they cost about the same! haha! Would think about it again I guess...
Our mission was accomplish pretty fast and as we were heading out of that shop guess what we saw?!

I guess this year respond wasn't as over-whelming as compared to last year. Most probably it's due to the fact that it's only a half-day event whereas last year was a full day thing. It's just kinda stress to see so many ex-zhonghuarians going up the stage today during the prize presentation for being in the "Honour Roll". I just felt I haven't really done my part in being a zhonghuarian till recently when I really start to mug. I'm so feeling guilty. Mr Kwek also did knock some senses into me during he's sharing session though his pronouncation still sucks! haha! But he's a good man. Seeing the statistic analysis today did shock most of us. The difference in percentage in mid yrs of 2005 and now is really great. In a good sense though. The improvements is pretty impressive.
The biomedical talk during common lunch was pretty interesting. It somehow rekindle my love for biology once again. Just hope the 'flame' would be burning till September =)
I guess Jay (meanie's classmate) must have think that I'd gone mad at that moment when meanie broke the news to me outside the canteen. haha! According to them I was blushing.. HmMm... pretty werid. I guess I just blush easily and even when I'm excited? haha! At first I thought meanie was kidding me cause jeslin was with her too. You never know what these 2 beasties of mine can come up with everytime! haha!
I must say he does look dashing in his blue gi and it's like Melvina and him look more like the coaches compared to that Tony. Yup, finally see him in person today. Their blue gis definitely make them stand out. Yang Hang and 2 other guys were there too..
And Doreen was there too! Not training of course or else I'ld definietly tick her off! haha! She just need to take a break. Things would definitely be better after this k... =)

Mugging in school was pretty nice as the atmosphere is pretty good. Pretty productive just that I hate the changing venues part. Sickening. I guess I was indeed a bit hostile towards the C.O. people just now. I was really pissed with them for coming into the room I was already occupying. They didn't bother to even explain to me that they had booked the place or whatsoever. Irritating shit.
