excellence can be attained
if you dream more than others think is practical;
expect more than others think is possible.

Shopping at Goldfish Market, Ladies' Market and Tsim Sha Tsui. The government actually block the some of streets at Ladies' Market every night to facilitate the human flow. The night life in HK is really amazing. Most of the shops close at 12am and the pictures taken above are around 11.15pm on a Monday night and the streets are still bustling with activities!
Day2
Golden Bauhinia Square located outside the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre. We were actually just in time to witness the daily flag raising ceremony which had been happening since Hong Kong was returned to the Chinese sovereignty.

At some temple that's next to the sea and the feng shui there is supposed to be super duper good according to the tour guide. See that bridge above? It's the Chang Shou Qiao (Longevity Bridge). He said that people who walk across the bridge are supposed to have an addition of 3 days to live. I don't know how true is it but walking across it has no harm right? hahaha!

The famous Victoria Peak. The view is pretty stunning and once again the location and design for some of the buildings are based according to feng shui. It's a no wonder those hong kee feng shui masters are so freaking rich. Blehx!
We proceeded to Shenzhen during day2 evening by train and arrived on the same day. The ride is about 45 minutes. Shenzhen is actually a pretty good place to buy imitation goods and some are pretty neat. But you really have to bargin like way below half price. For example they are willing to sell a pair of fake Nike shoes for RMB200 though the price they displayed is RMB980! However, don't expect much of the quality of the shoes. I guess bags and purse are alright to be bought from there.
Day3

At China Folk Culture Village. The place is acutally divided into 2 parts: minature places of interest around the different parts of China and the different displays of china folk culture. We attended 2 of the cultural shows in the evening. The stage is really splendid. The dances and costumes are pretty fanciful. But I fell asleep for the begining of both the shows "/ hahaha! But I forced myself to keep awake as my cousin-in-law had told me beforehand that the shows cost about SGD$50. Better not waste the money right? hehe!
Day4
Disneyland here I come!!! =)

see that guy on the left corner? That's our tour guide who speaks english with canto acent =P

The souvenir store is way damn cool! They sell a whole range of disney items in there! I wanna buy they entire shop man! But as expected, some of the stuff are pretty expensive =(

At Tomorrowland.

My favourite- Fantasyland =)
The faces of those 'princesses' are really damn fake! If not for the costumes I won't even bother.

Had our lunch at Royal Banquet Hall. It's much like a foodcourt but very little variety. The deco inside is really neat. The utensils that we used are pretty cute too. However, the food there is damn EXPENSIVE! Eerything cost about SGD$11 be it western, japanses or chinese food. And a bowl of rice actually cost SGD$3! What the heck!

She's there to join the parade which commence at 3pm thus we paused the activities at Fantasyland and waited for it to start. The parade is really super cool! The floats are damn nice ^^

Adventureland.

The lightings at night is really beautiful. Not forgeting the fireworks display above the Sleeping Beauty castle at 7pm. It's truly breathtaking =)
