She had been aching ever since she woke up this morning. She wondered if it was the gym session she had yesterday or because of her sore throat. Besides all the motivational online-shopping to get her going, Betty found a new hobby in flipping Pink. She found simple pleasure in visualizing the 3S (Sea, Sand & Sun) smiling at her every time at December. More importantly, she simply could not wait for the trade-off between Caffeine and Alcohol in her diet.
She did try to get some of her work done but the prickling pain in her left eye was simply too much for her to handle. There was nothing White could do to help the poor lady. It simply stood there and stared blankly at Betty as she retreated to Black for the rest of the evening...Betty know it herself that spectacles would be a must for her these couple of weeks. She deserved it. Wilhelmina's fashion logic is not meant for everyone; and Betty was definitely not one of them at this point of time. Well, the only condolence was that it came after her dates and appointments.Betty almost gave in when she saw Henry's name on her cell. But a less-than-5 seconds- ringing definitely was not worth her time at this period of time. It had already been a terrible night for Betty and the call made it worse. She cursed beneath her breath as the screams of the Blondie echoed the entire room....
Bored and restless to start another topic of her MAB, the self-proclaimed Ugly Betty decided to check out this particular website that Canni had earlier on mentioned to her - Hotel 626.She can't imagine herself following all the rules of the game. And so she did not. She knew that the rest of the night would certainly be disturbed if she did what was told. Nonetheless, she completed the game with the help of Patrick. In fact, she was impressed with the speed of him comprehending the story line as well as the different rules at each stage. Well, she should expect higher standards of gaming skills from him actually. His team was placed 4th in 2008 WCG for DOTA. In the meantime, her head was still suffering from the aftermath of the game...
They (Speedwing) explained that it was due to the international downturn of the economy that causes their German counterparts to cease this collaboration. What the hell?! Though the chances are really slim, but I'm still keeping my fingers cross regarding this matter since the international stock market had made its rebound today.I got a feeling the lady who sent us the information regarding this programme is that Freya from my previous German class. haha! I can't wait for her to reply my mail or even see her on Wednesday. The talk about the internship programme will still be on but most probably in either US or New Zealand.Anyway, I've been thinking of training again, as in Judo training. Maybe I'll just give it a shot after exams or something. The idea of having of not having Sul around is weird and holding me back. Tokio HotelYou'll probably hear their English single, Monsoon, on 98.7FM and it's really impressive for a German band to get into the US market after so long. Well, I've to admit I got quite a shock when I saw the style of the lead singer, Bill Kaulitz. Yes, he's the one with the electrifying hairdo and manicured nails. But I supposed that makes the band even more unique.Anyway, they've pretty catchy & nice songs that are both in german & english. It certainly made me interested in the language once again. Pretty good way to extend my vocabulary bank and get me settle for my German exam next Monday.Bis dann!
