It'd been a roller coaster ride for Betty. Anyway, she's still grateful for the many well-wishes and concern from her friends.

Today was her 3rd trip to TTSH. Yes, THIRD trip; and there will be the 4th one with Dr. Yeo tomorrow and 5th one with Prof. Heng on Monday. Isn't she lucky to have alerted the Professor? Gosh. She is definitely feeling the love.

Apparently, her affection for contact lens may have alerted the rarely-seen Acanthamoebe, an eye parasite. Although the laser scan she had yesterday showed the nasty creature in her cornea, the test results are negative. That explains the continuous visits to the hospital and the stringent check-ups.

Betty just hopes that her cornea is not infected by the parasite; but if it does, the prescribed eye drops will kill them away...
